Payment options

We gladly accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover for show and mail order transactions. We will accept cash in person.

Credit Cards

Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.

Shipping limits

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Our preferred shipping method is USPS, but we will ship UPS or FedEx on request. Customer will be charged actual freight charges, plus handling.

Customer guarantee

We guarantee that your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible and that you will receive it in good condition. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please notify Standing People Designs immediately via email, telephone, or postal mail. We will usually advise you to contact the freight carrier to file a claim. After the freight carrier has examined the package, we will work with you to repair or replace the damaged goods.

Return policy

You may return a stock item if the item is returned in new condition and we consider it saleable, for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date.

Returns on Custom Work pieces will be made if the item is returned in new condition, and we consider it saleable in the general market. If a deposit was charged, that amount is non-refundable. Please call or email us regarding Custom Work returns.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Before returning an item, you must contact Standing People Designs for a return authorization. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip, and packed in the original or equivalent packing material. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.

Refunds for credit card orders will be credited to the account that was used for the purchase, and appear on your billing statement. All other refund payments will be made by check
